Q. Is there a trial version that I can try?
We don't have a trial version as of the moment, but we can provide you with a demo online or on-site. Just contact us about it.
Q. How does enrolment process work?
A generated form will be created from the dashboard and you can send out the link to all of your students. You can also copy and paste the link to your school's facebook page.
Q. What is schedule conflict checker?
When you assign a teacher to a specific time or subject, our system will automatically check if the schedule is available. Teachers cannot be at the same time with other teacher in the same room/class or time.
Q. I want to use Sunbird now, how long does it take to install it?
once the paperworks are done, Sunbird can be installed in just a day. You can even use Sunbird even without intial payment, just as long as you are committed to pay in the future.
Q. How do I send announcements to all students?
SMS announcements can be done using the admin dashboard and only those who was the credentials can send out SMS announcements.
Q. What if we want a certain feature not offered by Sunbird?
We do offer customized features, depends on the complexity of the module. We may or may not give it for free. Please contact us about it.
Q. We already have an old system running, does Sunbird work with our existing platform?
Before the initializing Sunbird systems, we will import all of the data from your existing system and use the same data into Sunbird.
Q. What are the payment options?
It depends on you! Some schools pay us with post dated check after the semester ends, some every final exams or even by year.
Q. I want our lessons to be private, not accessible by public users.
All of your data including videos uploaded by teachers are protected and only be available to a certain class. Grade two students can only view their own video lessons. All video lessons are stored securely using Amazon Web Server Vaults.
Q. I want to host Sunbird on our own internet server, is that possible?
Yes, we can host and install Sunbird in your own internet server. With no additional charges.
Q. Is Sunbird secure? I don't want to get hacked.
Sunbird is created with security first in mind. Our developers has more than 50 years of combined experience in web development and proper protocol is always implemented. All of private information are also encrypted, all HTTP requests are in SSL mode. You can also look at our source code so you can see for yourself our world-class system architecture. A hacker wannabee can't even get past with our first line of defense.
Q. Is your system earthquake proof?
We have a daily incremental backups to all of your data. This will prevent any data loss from supernatural calamities such as earthquakes and typhoons.
