(Photo by Jim Louvau) As part of their series of monthly singles leading up to the release of their new album “EndEx” in September, 3TEETH is now sharing the latest track and video titled “Drift,” showcasing what they describe as “a stripped-back sound.”

According to 3TEETH’s frontman and creative lead, Alexis Mincolla, the song “Drift” embodies a sense of resignation that comes from living life to the fullest, without being held back by fear or regret. Alexis: “It represents the triumphant flicker of a lantern, the last traces of a fierce and passionate spirit, defiantly burning as we transition from the mundane reality of our physical existence to the ethereal void where consciousness roams freely, unburdened by the limitations of our mortal form.”

The accompanying music video offers an intimate glimpse into the band’s recording process, capturing the five members in the studio. You can watch the video for “Drift” right below.

3TEETH’s upcoming album, “EndEx,” is set to be released by Century Media Records on September 22. This album marks the band’s first release since 2019’s “Metawar.” Heading the production for “EndEx” is sound designer Mick Gordon, renowned for his exceptional work on the gaming phenomenon “DOOM.” He co-produced several tracks alongside producer Nick Rowe and mixer Sean Beavan (known for his work with NIN).

Since you’re here …

… we have a small favour to ask. More people are reading Side-Line Magazine than ever but advertising revenues across the media are falling fast. Unlike many news organisations, we haven’t put up a paywall – we want to keep our journalism as open as we can - and we refuse to add annoying advertising. So you can see why we need to ask for your help.

Side-Line’s independent journalism takes a lot of time, money and hard work to produce. But we do it because we want to push the artists we like and who are equally fighting to survive.

If everyone who reads our reporting, who likes it, helps fund it, our future would be much more secure. For as little as 5 US$, you can support Side-Line Magazine – and it only takes a minute. Thank you.
